Who are we looking for?
What will you be doing?
- Customer Support: Provide technical service for trouble shooting for customers and critical business opportunities.
- Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our product portfolio and its applications in customer processes.
- Field Visits: Conduct on-site visits to support product trials, installations, and performance evaluations.
- Training & Education: Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze performance data to optimize product usage and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to develop tailored solutions for customer needs.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on trials, technical findings, and recommendations.
- To maintain our processes and support customer to run production smoothly, also need to collect process consumption data for running cost analyses.
- To keep good relationship with customers to ensure our processes are running smoothly.
- To assist sales managers to develop new business and maintain the existing business.
- Other tasks required by supervisor.
Who are You?
- Bachelor's degree/college diploma in chemistry or related discipline.
- At least 5 years experiences in technical service, preferably in Chemical or Manufacturing industry in China.
- Well PCB experience in metallization, Final Finish processes and Acid Copper.
- Knowledge of PCB industry and manufacturing process.
- Must be a hands-on person with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve chemical issues quickly within customer.
