Account Manager
Who are we looking for?
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the Alpha business within your territory.
Your mission is to identify and win new target accounts, strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and distributors, and develop new opportunities with existing clients.
You will promote Alpha solutions in your market while providing initial technical support and acting as a key interface between customers and the organization.
Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director (RCD), you will contribute to the commercial strategy by sharing structured market insights, including competitor activities, pricing levels and evolving customer needs.
What will you be doing?
In close collaboration with the Regional Commercial Director (RCD), you will lead the commercial development of your territory and ensure the execution of Alpha’s strategy.
Your responsibilities include:

Defining and implementing market strategies for new and existing product lines, including pricing policies, distribution strategies and new product introductions.

Managing and developing key accounts, distributors and strategic customer relationships, while driving new business opportunities and monitoring sales performance through regular customer visits.

Assuming direct responsibility for all Alpha product sales within the territory, including volume forecasting and the development of formal budgets and forecasts with the RCD.

Providing regular commercial reporting, including monthly sales activity reports, competitor intelligence, pricing analysis, market surveys and market share analysis.

Acting as a key communication bridge between inside and outside teams, sharing field feedback with the RCD and Marketing, and cooperating closely with Key Account and Sector Management teams.

Supporting commercial and marketing initiatives in the territory, including exhibitions, promotions and, where appropriate, technical seminars for sales teams and customers.
Who are You?
You bring solid industry expertise combined with strong commercial discipline.

10+ years of experience in automotive, electronic or manufacturing industries.

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Chemistry or Industrial Technology.

Proven experience in Key Account Management.

Ability to develop and execute relevant individual MBOs.

Strong communication skills (reporting, meetings, conference calls, presentations).

Ability to meet stretch targets and execute commercial strategies effectively.

Experience developing strong customer partnerships.

Solid capability in building accurate budgets and forecasts.

Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
