Who are we looking for?
The incumbent will work directly with other internal teams including to complete projects in support of process and product development. In addition, facilitate the process evaluation,safety and improvement of facilities such as predictive maintenance and CI related projects.
What will you be doing?
- Evaluate process safety and environment issues and try to eliminate or reduce the safety and environment risk with engineer method
- 공정 안전 및 환경 문제를 평가하고 공학적인 방법으로 안전 및 환경 위험을 제거하거나 줄이기 위한 노력을 수행
- GTT&MFD, test to verify BOM, Process and QC spec
- GTT&MFD, BOM, 공정 및 QC 스펙을 증명하기 위한 비커 테스트 수행
- Set up BOM master for new Products and revise BOM master to improve existing production process.
- 신제품에 대한 BOM 마스터를 설정하고 BOM 마스터를 수정하여 기존 생산 프로세스를 개선
- Assist to evaluate new RM with lab trial run test.
- 신규 원재료에 대한 실험실 시험 및 운영 테스트를 통한 평가에 대한 업무 지원 진행
- Apply Lean and 6 Sigma to analysis and improve process capability.
- Lean 과 6 시그마를 적용하여 공정 능력을 분석하고 개선하는 업무를 진행
- Assist to improve FPY and summarize monthly
- FPY 개선에 대한 업무 지원 및 월간 요약 보고 진행
- Investigating batch failure causes for internal and external customer complaint.
- 내부 및 외부 고객 불만 사항에 대한 원인 조사 진행
- PM, maintenance and improvement work on production facilities
- 생산시설에 대한 PM(Preventive Maintenance), 유지관리 및 개선작업 진행
Who are You?
- A bachelor’s degree required in a STEM field, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, 3 years preferred, of relevant manufacturing experience
- Pilot production or scale up experience in a chemical manufacturing plant is preferred
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.

- Familiar in operation, maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems used in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams regionally and locally.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and support informed decision‑making.
