Job Purpose

GTT, MFD and Process Improvement 

Job Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate process safety and environment issues and try to eliminate or reduce the safety and environment risk with engineer method

  2. GTT&MFD, beaker test to verify BOM, Process and QC spec

  1. Set up BOM master for new Products and revise BOM master to improve existing production process.

  2. Assist to evaluate new RM with lab trial run test.

  3. Apply Lean and 6 Sigma to analysis and improve process capability.

  4. Assist to improve FPY and summarize monthly

  5. Investigate batch failure causes for internal and external customer complaint.


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry or Industrial Engineering
Bachelors Degree in Relevant industry
