Who are we looking for?
- Candidate should be experienced in working with Chemical/Pharmaceutical Industry as Production/Manufacturing/Process Manager
- Ensure Health and Safety regulation are met, and address any concern
- Ensure Product Quality is met and follows the IP control
What will you be doing?
- Candidate should be experienced in working with Chemical/Pharmaceutical Industry
- Ensure Health and Safety regulation are met, and address any concern
- Ensure Product Quality is met and follows the IP control
- Understanding ISO 9001/IATF Requirements
- Planning Production and control the Resource needs
- Estimate cost, budgets and identify the scope to reduce
- Oversee Production process and Monitor Productivity rates and improve yield
- Understanding basic concepts of TPM and TQM
- Preference in experienced with Bulk Manufacturing Process
- Experienced with Process Engineering will be added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Who are You?
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or MSC Chemistry
- Atleast 7 to 12 Years of experience as Production/Manufacturing Leader.
- Proficient English language capability – written and verbal
- Willing to learn attitude
- Strong Team Management skill
What competencies will you need?
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) for English
- Strong presentation skills
- Financial expertise, Budgeting & forecasting
- Outstanding relations skills and be able to adapt to varying needs.
- Ability to multitask, manage transitions effectively and change focus quickly
- Ability to handle constructive feedback and adapt accordingly
- Ability to multi-task with 'can-do ‘attitude
