Who are we looking for?

The Logistics Manager plays a key role in supporting the organization's supply chain strategy by leveraging data analytics and strategic sourcing to optimize transportation operations across international regions. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

What will you be doing?

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze logistics data from various enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with global teams in logistics, planning, and manufacturing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Use large datasets to identify trends and support strategic decisions in areas such as spend analysis, supplier concentration, risk management, and cost optimization.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for transportation categories including ocean freight, air freight, and freight forwarding.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through market analysis and enterprise-wide collaboration.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service.
  • Monitor and manage category performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a repository of logistics intelligence and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes related to transportation and raw materials.
  • Identify and mitigate supplier risks to ensure continuity of operations.

Who are You?

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation and interpretation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sourcing projects and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software is preferred.
  • Experience in international logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
