To support our mission of continuous improvement, we are seeking a Global ESG Analyst, who will play a pivotal role in advancing our goals. This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and site managers on various exciting ESG and sustainability initiatives.  

Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting various data analysis and project management initiatives to drive sustainability and ESG initiatives across the organization. 

Job Responsibilities

ESG Data Analysis & Oversight:

  • Support overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with established frameworks and standards relevant to the area. You will also support customer and vendor inquiries related to ESG / sustainability

Project Management:

  • Lead and assist in overseeing projects and initiatives, driving progress and delivering results. In some cases, you might work directly with our manufacturing facilities to help evaluate and prioritize sustainability projects, while in other cases, you may support or lead other corporate initiatives such as programs to reduce water consumption or increase volunteerism

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make recommendations to help advance our organization’s performance. You may then also lead some of these projects

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A degree in relevant ESG, sustainability, chemistry, engineering, or finance/ business field
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project execution
  • Excellent analytical and data management capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional and cross-cultural team environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Microsoft skills including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint are required
  • Strong visual and verbal presentation skills are important in this role
  • Knowledge or familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and others
  • Understanding of the requirements of ESG assessment organizations like MSCI, Sustainalytics, EcoVadis
  • Knowledge of emerging ESG trends and best practices
  • Certification in sustainability reporting or ESG management

Education

Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering
