Who are we looking for?

This role individual contributors are responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities through technical differentiation. This role operate at the intersection of customer applications, product technology, and commercial execution, serving as the primary engine for new growth.

What will you be doing?

As Business Development Manager, you will:
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new customer opportunities.
  • Translate customer needs into technically differentiated solutions.
  • Progress and advance opportunities using Salesforce.com.
  • Co-develop pipeline with Sales or transition ownership upon conversion.
  • Engage directly with customer technical stakeholders.
  • Capture and translate Voice of Customer (VOC).
  • Support trials, evaluations, and qualification activities.
  • Manager-level roles independently create and convert pipeline. 

Who are You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering required. Master’s or PhD common but not mandatory. Progressive experience in Technical Business Development, Applications, or Technical Sales.
  • More than 5 Years experience in semiconductor manufacturing, printed circuit boards, printed electronics, discrete devices, advanced electronics assembly, specialty chemicals.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40–60% depending on role and scope. Ability to work in customer, office, and light industrial environments.
