MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries.  We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces. Job Responsibilities


  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective customers
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
  • Track all sales activities in company ATLAS system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas of sales
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Present products or services that would be beneficial to your client business
  • Plan detailed presentations that show customers your product info, pricing, and benefits
  • Meet with customers at appointments for sales presentations
  • Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or degree in engineering, business or marketing
  • 5 years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel around the world but mostly in Germany
  • Driving License
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
