Job Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. This role will be site based, and will be responsible for execution of activities that will provide optimum customer service as required to maintain and enhance existing business and to obtain new business. Respond to customers, distributors, sales force and internal departments. Performs a variety of duties related to Customer Service in accordance with company policies and procedures. This position is responsible to direct and manage customer service associates specializing in spare parts and chemical products.


Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement performance standards and procedures necessary to ensure conformance with the organization’s Customer Service objectives.
  • To ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction by maintaining in- depth working knowledge of company order/production systems and processes.
  • Provide feedback to the company management team regarding service failures, customer changes or customer concerns to ensure all managers have accurate and timely information on customer status and/or changes.

Education & Experience

This position requires minimum 5+ year’s progressive experience in customer service in an industrial manufacturing business.  Additionally you will have demonstrated ability to work with variety of IT tools, including SAP; Microsoft Office suite in addition to: 

  • Experience in an export/import role
  • Excellent technical skills
