You will thrive in a fast‑paced, technically complex environment and feel confident translating customer needs into commercially viable solutions. Ideally, you have experience in the chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial sectors, along with a track record of growing sales pipelines and closing strategic deals.

What will you be doing?

  • Account Management: Strengthening relationships with existing customers to increase share of wallet and satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitor activity, customer trends, and chemical industry developments to inform commercial strategy.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Managing pipeline data, providing accurate forecasts, and contributing to commercial planning.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Leading contract discussions, pricing agreements, and long‑term customer strategies.

  • Strong relationship‑building skills
  • A high level of resilience and adaptability
  • A customer‑centric mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • A passion for continuous improvement and learning
