MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars, or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces. As part of our broader sustainable solutions platform, we also provide both chemistry and equipment for turnkey wastewater treatment, and recycle and reuse solutions. Our industrial customer base is highly diverse and includes customers in the following end markets: appliances and electronics; automotive parts; industrial parts; plumbing goods; construction equipment; and transportation equipment.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will develop and execute marketing strategies and plans in close alignment with the Strategic Application Development Director, the Commercial Director, and the Lines of Business. In this role, you will strengthen our brand presence, support growth in new applications, and drive impactful marketing activities across digital channels, trade shows, and product‑focused initiatives. You will act as a central link between Application Development, R&D, Business Development, and regional teams to ensure that marketing efforts effectively support commercial objectives and lead generation across the organization.

What will you be doing?

You will develop marketing plans aligned with the Strategic Application Development Director, Commercial Director, and LOB needs; manage literature, trade shows, LinkedIn content, webinars, newsletters, and success stories; lead marketing campaigns and brand‑building activities; support lead generation and conversion; and collaborate closely with App Dev, R&D, LOB Directors, Business Development, and regional peers to ensure consistent and effective marketing execution.

Who are You?

You hold a degree in marketing or business, have at least five years of marketing experience, possess strong digital and social‑media skills with proficiency in relevant software tools, and bring a strategic mindset supported by solid communication and marketing‑analysis capabilities.

What competencies will you need?

You will need strong strategic marketing capabilities, solid experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns, excellent digital and social‑media skills, the ability to generate and analyze marketing data, proficiency with relevant computer and design tools, and strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills to support commercial and application‑development objectives.
