Who are we looking for?

This 1 year temporary opportunity is well suited to an established legal professional who thrives on working autonomously, often as part of interdisciplinary teams. The successful candidate should have clarity of thought to work within a complex and diverse international organization, with a matrix structure to bring about shared purpose to align with overall business objectives, being part of an expanding and supportive global legal team.

The counsel will play a vital role in supporting key internal stakeholders throughout our organization and as a part of the global legal team will be directly involved in dialogue and negotiations with customers, suppliers, vendors, external counsels and not the least stakeholders from the Group’s various departments.


The applicants should be excited about working in a truly international and multicultural Group of companies and have experience with managing a legal role in an internal stakeholder environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Drafting and negotiation of different type of commercial agreements to be entered in the jurisdictions where the group operates, such as supply, distribution, agency, consignment, equipment lease/sale and financings, sourcing, cooperation agreements, NDAs, LOI, MOU,
  • Advising on regulatory issues (e.g., anti-corruption, export sanctions, data protection, competition),
  • Supporting and advising internal business units and functions as required (e.g.  Sales, OPS, Finance, Tax, HR),
  • Advising on corporate group matters (appointment of directors, financials approval, powers of attorney, restructurings, etc.),
  • Handling and manage pre-litigation disputes and litigation and arbitration proceedings coordinating outside counsels,
  • Ensuring the conformity of the Group to statutory requirements in all jurisdictions,
  • Working on legal best practices, efficiency of Group's procedures,
  • Managing and instructing external counsels.

Who are You?

  • Fully qualified lawyer,
  • Combined private and in house practice. Experience in medium/large sized, structured and international companies is a strong plus,
  • Knowledge of key legal practice areas relevant to global corporations such as commercial transactions, labor and employment, litigation and regulatory law,
  • Excellent business soft skills,
  • 6/8yrs PQE,
  • Knowledge of the chemical or automotive or electronic business is a plus.

  • Dynamic, eye for details, well organized, results-oriented & efficient,
  • Availability to travel abroad when required,
  • Fluent English is mandatory, apart from Spanish, additional European language such as German or French a strong plus,
  • Proficient computer skills/Microsoft Office Suite/SharePoint/TEAMS.
