SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS)
As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes, solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners, and other attachment materials for the integrated circuit fabrication, semiconductor packaging, and electronic assembly industries. Job Purpose
- The Sales Manager will drive profitable revenue growth for SAS in Thailand territory.
- Achieve budgeted sales revenue and profit in Thailand market
- Develop existing accounts by building relationships and support customers growth
Job Responsibilities
- Managing all sales organization performance - including forecasting, budgeting, and generating strong revenue, margin, and profit growth for the market in line with our strategic and annual plans.
- Developing annual sales strategies, business plans, forecasts, and budgets for growth.
- Proactively developing and implementing market development activities necessary to gain the greatest amount of exposure and awareness in the market.
- Recommending and coordinating the marketing needs for this business to support demand generation and market growth.

Track the success of new product/variant introductions.

Update supply and demand, shifting trends, economic indicators, and competition, you may maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price.

Ensure all pertinent corporate goals, policies, and processes are followed, and maximum profitability is achieved.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering, Chemicals or relevant discipline
- At least 5 years SMT/PCBA industry related experience
- Experience in Adhesive, Conformal coating and encapsulant resin materials will be an added advantage
- Proficient English language capability – written and verbal
- Willing to learn attitude
