Who are we looking for?

 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SuccessFactors Analyst/Developer to support and enhance our global HR technology landscape. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, a passion for process optimization, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

 

You will play a key role in maintaining, configuring, and developing SuccessFactors modules to ensure seamless HR operations and an excellent employee experience.

What will you be doing?

 

As a SuccessFactors Analyst/Developer, you will:

 

  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules: Support Employee Central and other modules (e.g., Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning) to meet business needs.
  • Develop system enhancements: Design and implement custom solutions, workflows, and integrations with other HR and enterprise systems.
  • Analyze and translate requirements: Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Manage system updates and releases: Test and deploy quarterly SuccessFactors updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide technical support: Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and ensure system stability and performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance: Maintain accurate employee data and adhere to data privacy and security standards.
  • Document processes and solutions: Create clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides.
  • Collaborate globally: Partner with IT, HR, and external vendors to deliver projects and continuous improvements.

What competencies will you need?

 

  • SuccessFactors Expertise: Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central required; others preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of XML, APIs, integrations, and data migration techniques.
  • HR Process Understanding: Familiarity with core HR processes and how they translate into system functionality.
  • System Administration: Experience managing permissions, workflows, and role-based access.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex system issues.
  • Data Management: Proficiency in maintaining data integrity and working with reporting tools.
  • Compliance Awareness: Understanding of GDPR and global data privacy regulations.
  • Education & Experience: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; SAP SuccessFactors certification essential. Prior experience in HR technology roles within a global organization is highly desirable.
