Who are we looking for?

The Senior SAP Testing & Quality Analyst will define, implement, and manage testing strategy across SAP S/4HANA and ECC platforms. This includes overseeing enterprise testing frameworks, automation, regression, performance, and cutover testing during ECC to S/4HANA transformations. The role also governs end-to-end testing across modules (OTC, PTP, DTS, FTM, QM, GTS, EWM, TMS, RPC), interfaces, and external applications to ensure seamless system integration and business continuity.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and govern SAP test strategy, lifecycle, frameworks, and execution standards.
• Define test plans, risk assessments, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
• Oversee ECC to S/4HANA testing (migration, integration, regression, cutover).
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore teams, managing workload and ensuring consistency.
• Implement automated testing frameworks (Tricentis, Selenium, Worksoft).
• Lead SAP UI/Fiori/mobile testing for performance, security, and stability.
• Ensure functional and technical testing across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Track defects using Tricentis, Jira, HP ALM, integrating with ServiceNow.
• Drive defect resolution, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
• Ensure testing compliance with audit, regulatory, and security standards.
• Collaborate with SAP Analysts, Business Owners, and DevOps to align test cases.
• Govern UAT, guide users, and report on test coverage and defect trends.
• Provide test status dashboards and executive-level insights.
• Enhance test processes through automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Stay updated on SAP testing trends and tools to improve governance.

Who are You?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP testing experience, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Expertise in SAP integrations, data migration, cutover, and dual-system testing.
• Proficient in ServiceNow, Jira, Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Worksoft, HP ALM.
• Experience with DevOps/Agile testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership of multicultural teams and ability to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Track record of process improvements and stakeholder alignment.
