Are you ready to kick-start your career in SAP testing and quality?
At IRC, we’re looking for a motivated SAP Testing & Quality Associate – IRC with 4+ years of experience to help us ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and satellite applications.
What will you be doing?
- Contribute to end-to-end testing across core SAP business processes (OTC, PTP, FTM, QM, GTS, EWM, TMS, RPC).
- Support SAP ECC/JDE → S/4HANA migration and rollout testing, including data checks and reconciliation.
- Execute functional, regression, performance, and Fiori/mobile testing.
- Work closely with business users, analysts, and developers to deliver reliable, high-quality SAP solutions.
- Log and track defects using tools like Jira, Tricentis, ALM, or ServiceNow.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help business teams validate solutions.
- Learn to drive root cause analysis and contribute to continuous defect reduction.
- Work closely with SAP Functional Analysts, Business users, and Developers, to align testing strategies with business needs.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
- Gain exposure to test automation tools (Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, Selenium).
- Work in a global SAP CoE, collaborating with multicultural teams across regions.
Who are You?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of SAP Testing experience (S/4HANA & ECC).
- Hands-on experience with defect management and testing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Tricentis Tosca, etc.).
- Familiarity with test automation and Agile/DevOps practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and a quality-first mindset.
