Who are we looking for?
The incumbent will support PCB Assembly (SMT, PTH) process knowledge including programming and equipment operation in a lab setting.
What will you be doing?
- Programming / operation of equipment
- Product performance evaluation of soldering consumables (paste, flux etc.)
- Data analysis and report generation
- Technical inputs to formulations/development by feedback
- Internal meeting presentations
- Development of methods/SOP
Who are You?
- Possess a Diploma/ Bachelor in Engineering
- 2-5 Years experience in SMT or PCBA process.
What competencies will you need?
- Programming and operation of SMT/PTH line of equipment
- SMT/PTH Process knowledge
- Day to day maintenance of the above machines
- Computer Literacy, MS Office (Minitab is a plus)
- Meetings/presentation/report generation/data analysis/failure analysis
- DOE / statistical tools knowledge
- Industry standard/IPC/JIS knowledge
- Semiconductor knowledge is advantageous
- Thermal profiling
- Stencil Design, Gerber analysis
- Jigs/Fixtures knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of PCB gerber creation is a plus
- Paste/Underfill/Epoxy Dispenser process/knowledge
- PV/Solar knowledge will be a plus
