Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a skilled CAD Operator to join our team. In this role, you will use CAD‑CAM workstations to generate accurate and production‑ready files that support the end‑to‑end manufacturing process of our stencils. You will play a key part in transforming technical specifications into high‑quality digital outputs that ensure smooth and efficient production.
What will you be doing?
As a CAD Operator, you will:
- Design of production files by means of CAD-CAM workstation that control the laser or milling machine.
- Giving customers advice on stencil design during the SMT process
- Operating the laser for producing SMT stencils
- Operating the milling machine for the manufacture of stencils
- Performing quality control of the produced stencils by means of inspection and measuring machine
- Keeping the I-Stencil production database up to date.
- Packing the stencils so that they are ready for shipment
- Formatting shipping papers for stencils
- Basic maintenance laser and milling machine
- All other activities in the department. Project-based, non-routine work may also be necessary at appropriate times.
Who are You?

You are eager to develop yourself in the CAD‑CAM field and are open to learning all necessary skills through our in‑house training programs;

You have a basic understanding of production processes; knowledge of the SMT process is considered a strong advantage;

You are comfortable working with PCs and software tools and are willing to learn how to use our internal applications;

You are interested in (or willing to learn) operating laser and milling machines;

You work accurately and can handle various inspection and measuring instruments;

You have good proficiency in Dutch and English; basic knowledge of French, German, or other languages is a plus.
