Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic commercial team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales growth.
You will be the key link between our customers, sales teams, and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and accurate data management.
What will you be doing?
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Handle enquiries related to orders, products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Process and manage customer orders in the ERP system.
- Resolve customer issues professionally, escalating when required.
- Collaborate with internal sales, technical teams, and external partners to provide accurate and timely information.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Assist in resolving logistics issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Who are You?

Essential
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken). French (knowledge of)
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a solution-driven approach.
Preferred
- Experience within manufacturing, chemical, engineering, or related technical industries.
- Familiarity with JD Edwards or similar ERP platforms.
