Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer who is passionate about improving production performance and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and brings a strong focus on continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and project execution.
What will you be doing?
- Makes and packages lab/pilot scale batches following instructions and safe lab practices
- Operates related equipment involving in making products from lab to production scale.
- Reviews orders including raw materials availability and plan accordingly to meet product ship date
- Carries out experiments provided by project leader or manager.
- Collects and consolidates data during experiments and effectively communicates results with key stakeholders and colleagues.
- Conducts raw material and equipment evaluations and make recommendations to promote product quality and process safety and efficiency.
- Supports the scaling of the production process from pilot to high volume manufacturing with activities including the development of robust manufacturing instructions, validation of full-scale batches, and training for manufacturing operators.
- Conducts and manages shelf-life study and provides update to team.
- Enters process and product waivers as required.
- Manages equipment calibration record.
- Operates equipment and follows procedures in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)

Equivalent experience in skilled trades or related fields will be considered

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience
What competencies will you need?
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing management
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Solid mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean methodologies
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to support capital projects and cross‑functional initiatives
