Who are we looking for?
What will you be doing?

Support the Maintenance Supervisor with daily operations, scheduling, and task prioritization

Plan and stage materials, manage parts procurement, and coordinate with vendors and contractors

Troubleshoot and assist with electrical, mechanical, and equipment repairs
-
Support preventive maintenance programs and ensure safety and operational compliance
-
Track and analyze maintenance metrics, downtime, and recurring issues
-
Manage MaintainX inventory, data, and maintenance procedures

Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement through standardization, 5S, and CI initiatives

Assist with equipment training and perform other assigned duties
Who are You?

A proactive, detail-oriented maintenance professional with a strong technical foundation

Comfortable supporting daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced production environment

A problem solver who can troubleshoot equipment issues and prioritize tasks effectively

Organized and data-driven, with experience managing maintenance records and systems

Cost-conscious, with an eye toward efficiency and continuous improvement

A clear communicator who works well with supervisors, peers, and external partners

Committed to safety, reliability, and operational excellence
What competencies will you need?

Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or related field

General engineering background or relevant technical training

Experience coordinating maintenance activities and troubleshooting equipment

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices

Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and compliance

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
